2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Deckaid offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.

• Payments are processed via Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

• You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

3. Service Delivery

• Deckaid aims to deliver most design requests within 48 hours.

• All design work is completed by senior designers.

• Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

• All design assets delivered to you are yours to use and modify as you see fit.

• Deckaid may showcase anonymized or redacted samples in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.

5. Affiliate Program

• Affiliates earn 7.5% commission on successful referrals through Rewardful.

• Payouts are issued automatically via your chosen method when Deckaid receives payment.

• We reserve the right to verify and approve referrals. Fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in termination from the program.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Deckaid services for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.

• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

• Resell or redistribute our services without permission.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your personal data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

8. Disclaimer

Deckaid does not guarantee investment outcomes, fundraising results, or specific performance metrics from the use of our designs. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
